Returns

At STUDIO REIGN, your satisfaction is our priority. If for any reason you're not satisfied with your purchase, we offer the option to return certain items under specific conditions. Please read our return policy carefully for full details.


Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

  • The item must be unused, in the same condition as when you received it, and in its original packaging.

  • The return must be initiated within 14 days from the date you received your order.

  • Certain items such as sale products, customized items, and hygiene or personal care products cannot be returned. Please check the product details to verify eligibility.


Return Procedure

If your item is eligible for return, follow these steps:

  1. Contact us: Send an email to our customer service at studioreign.pro@gmail.com with your order number and details of the item you wish to return.

  2. Receive authorization: Wait for our return approval and specific instructions on how to ship the item.

  3. Ship the item: Carefully package the item and ship it to the address provided in the return authorization email. Return shipping costs are your responsibility unless the product is defective or there was an error on our part.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you by email whether your refund has been approved or denied.

  • Refund: If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.

  • Non-refundable items: Initial shipping costs are non-refundable. If you paid return shipping, those costs will also not be refunded.


Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon receipt. If you need to exchange your product for the same item, please contact us at studioreign.pro@gmail.com.


Exceptions and Ineligibility

Some situations do not qualify for returns or refunds:

  • Customized or made-to-order items

  • Sale or discounted products (unless defective or due to an error on our part)

  • Hygiene or personal care products, for health and safety reasons


Order Cancellation

You may cancel your order before it has been shipped by contacting us promptly. If the order has already shipped, it cannot be canceled and will need to be processed as a return.
